Small Events (10-30 guest): $500-$700

Mid-Size Events (30-50 guests): $700-$1200

Larger Events (50+ guests): $1200-$2500

Event Coordination only:  4 hours onsite $400

  • Full event design, planning and coordination

  • vision + concept design (theme, colors, aesthetic) 

  • Venue guidance/recommendation and communication

  • Event Layout and design planning

  • Full timeline creation

  • Unlimited Communication

  • On-site coordination (up to 5 hours)

  • Styling and setup direction

ADD -ON

  • Additional hours: $75 hr

  • Breakdown / Clean up coordination: $200

  • Balloon/Backdrop coordination: $150+
